12. Oil pump type: CBF-E32 gear oil pump

The operating rules and maintenance adjustment
1.The operating rules:
The operating handle of the winch is mounted to the position where previously had been mounted the operating hand of ripper.
The operation handle consists of four positions. The corresponding    operator’s seat     Fig.3
working conditions of each handle may be stated as follows:
⑴Position: Both the right and left clutches evenly stood in disengaging conditions; the brake is in braking conditions, the drum is not rotated.
⑵position: The right clutch is in engaging conditions; the left clutch is in disengaging conditions, the brake is in free conditions, the drum will stand in sending out cable condition.
⑶Position: The left clutch is in engaging conditions; the right clutch is in disengaging conditions, the brake is in free conditions, the drum will stand in drafting conditions.
⑷The right and left clutches are evenly in disengaging conditions; the brake is in free conditions, the drum will stand in free conditions.
When the towing winch is not operated as usual, should be push handle to 1 position and the drum will be locked, in order to avoid accident of winch for sliding by drum loading.
2.Notes
⑴When changes hydraulic oil at the main machine, at the same time should be also change hydraulic oil of the towing winch(hydraulic oil SAE30 or SAE 10w)
⑵Every time before operating winch first check safety of the cable for progressive crack, loosening and confusing and braking so as to not to operate in danger.
⑶When the cable is sent out, it must guarantee surplus of cable over 6 turns in the drum.
⑷Be sure to send out the cable in position that the cable is sent out over the drum top and don’t make it to do low.
⑸When the object is pulled in oblique direction, the guide support must be mounted. If the guide support is not mounted, the oblique angle of pulling is not more than 15°.
⑹When operating winch, always clean dirt on the cable, so as to prolong cable life.
⑺when the braking is not reliable, it should adjust in time the spring pulling force of the braking band in order to guarantee braking reliability.
⑻When operating winch to do craning with matching with vertical support, it must be mounted reliable pulley to ground.
